He’s an experienced and knowledgeable receptionist, known for his calm, patient demeanor and genuine care for those around him. He also enjoys sharing a laugh when someone calls him ‘James’.

When he’s not at the front desk, you’ll often find him enjoying lunch by the Anglesea River. In his spare time, he loves travelling and heading off for a bushwalk.

Receptionist

Ella Clayton

Ella is one of the friendly faces patients will see at reception at Anglesea Medical. While she may be one of the newer team members, she has quickly discovered that Andrew is the crowd favourite and is more than happy to share the spotlight.

Ella is currently completing her final year of Occupational Therapy at Deakin University. Outside the clinic, she also works as a Support Worker, Therapy Assistant, and occasionally behind the bar at the Torquay Hotel.

She is passionate about helping people and creating positive experiences, no matter how big or small the interaction. Ella's goal is to ensure every patient feels welcome and comfortable, and hopefully leaves with a smile or a laugh along the way.

Receptionist

Julie O’Brien

Delighted to be part of the team at Anglesea Medical!

Julie comes from a background in healthcare administration and customer service, with her passion of helping people feel welcome and making their experience at the clinic as smooth and stress-free as possible. Julie is well practised in juggling ringing phones, appointments and paperwork—all while having a chat about life!

Having recently moved to the area, she is looking forward to getting to know our local community and meeting all the friendly faces who walk through our doors.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys second-hand shopping and firmly believing you never know when you might find an absolute bargain—or something you definitely don’t need but suddenly can’t live without! Julie is also a big dog lover, enjoys cooking (with results that can vary wildly), and loves getting completely lost in a good book, preferably somewhere sunny with a coffee nearby.
